Charlene Briner, Minnesota Ballpark Authority: Vice President, Public Relations, Fairview Health Services. Ms. Briner has also served as Deputy Commissioner and Chief of Staff at the Minnesota Department of Education, Deputy Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Human Services, and Senior Advisor at the Minnesota House of Representatives. She has also served in extended interim executive roles, including Interim Executive Director of the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management, Chief of Staff for Boston Public Schools, Executive Director of the Minnesota Racing Commission, and Executive Director of Great River Greening. A Minnesota Leaders in Public Policy award recipient, her work helped shape landmark legislation and initiatives in school safety, early childhood education, mental health services, and Tribal consultation. She was a past trustee and Chair of the Minnesota Zoo, is an advisory board member for the ASU REACH Institute’s Center for Resilient Families and was an advisor to the Super Bowl Legacy Fund.

Appointed to the Minnesota Ballpark Authority Board of Commissioners by Governor Tim Walz in 2025.
