The Minnesota Ballpark Authority and the Minnesota Twins are seeking to incorporate new public art at Target Field. The MBA and the team seek to add a new mural on the main concourse of the ballpark.

The theme of the project is a Black baseball mural, which aims to honor and celebrate the legacy of Black individuals in baseball, particularly those within Twins Territory. The project seeks to highlight the interconnectedness of baseball history, promote inclusivity, and educate audiences about the remarkable achievements and enduring struggles of Black baseball players.
